1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PowerMyPrompt ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
PowerMyPrompt is a platform that enables supporters to fund API compute costs for AI builders and developers. The Platform facilitates payments between supporters and creators but does not directly inject credits into third-party API providers.
3. Account Registration
To create a creator page, you must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payments & Fees
PowerMyPrompt charges zero platform fees on tips. Standard payment processing fees (Stripe: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply. All payments are processed through Stripe and subject to their terms of service.
5. Creator Responsibilities
As a creator, you agree to:
- Use funds received for their stated purpose (API compute costs, project development)
- Not misrepresent how funds will be used
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
6. Supporter Acknowledgment
Tips sent through PowerMyPrompt are voluntary contributions. They are not purchases, investments, or loans. Supporters acknowledge that tips are non-refundable once processed.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Platform to promote or fund content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create and share on your PowerMyPrompt page. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to display your content as part of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
PowerMyPrompt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
