We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the PowerMyPrompt service
- Process payments between supporters and creators
- Send transactional emails (tip confirmations, account updates)
- Improve the Platform and develop new features
- Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Hosting providers — for service delivery
- Law enforcement — when required by law
Creator profiles (name, handle, bio, projects) are publicly visible by design. Supporter names and tip amounts are visible on creator walls unless you opt for anonymous tips.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details on our servers.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers. Analytics are privacy-friendly and anonymized.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential communications
- Delete your account entirely at any time
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records for completed transactions).

PowerMyPrompt is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
